Conservatory students have been accepted into the most prestigious dance programs both locally and nationally, including American Ballet Theatre, Boston Ballet, Joffrey Ballet, The Ailey School, Kaatsbaan Extreme Ballet, San Francisco Conservatory of Dance, Lines Ballet and Atlanta Ballet.

Royal Academy of Dance

Originating in England, and found in nearly every country throughout the world, the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) is a system of dance instruction known for its comprehensive and safe approach to teaching Ballet.  The RAD method develops a strong dancer with a well-rounded technique, artistry, musicality and accuracy of execution with each ballet level referring to a syllabus created by the Royal Academy.  Learn more about the Royal Academy of Dance at www.rad.org.uk.

Patricia O'Reilly, ARAD, Artistic Director

Patty received her teaching certificate from the Royal Academy of Dance and completed her Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced Executant Examinations with the RAD after extensive training with Katie Heil, a graduate of the Teacher Training Program at the Royal Ballet School, London, England.  Her performing experience includes Oakland Ballet, Santa Clara Ballet and Khadra International Dance Theatre.

Faculty

We are pleased to offer our students and their families a caring staff with a wealth of experience in the classroom and onstage.  Our instructors have performed with such companies as Irish National Ballet, Oakland Ballet, Peninsula Ballet Theatre and Khadra International Dance Theatre.  They hold certifications and degrees from the Royal Academy of Dance, the International Society of Teachers of Dance (Cecchetti Method), Pilates, Bard College and New York University.
